How they work
High-impact cleaning with less water
Rotary jet machines deliver the cleaning medium as high-impact jets while the head rotates through a full 360° pattern, so every internal surface of the vessel is reached. Mechanical impact does the work, so you need less water, less chemical and shorter cycles than static spray balls or rinsing devices.
Most of the range is self-lubricated by the cleaning medium and self-cleaning in operation, which removes the risk of contamination from gearbox lubricants. With a minimum of moving parts, maintenance is simple.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can’t find your answer? Our engineers are happy to help.
Why is each machine configured to order?
Matching the nozzle size, cycle time, operating pressure and flow rate to your tank means you get an effective clean without using more water than you need.
Which surface finish do I need?
The standard finish suits general industrial use. The highly polished hygienic finish is designed for food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical and other sanitary applications.
Can the Orbitor be used in hazardous areas?
The Orbitor range can be supplied with ATEX certification on request for use in hazardous areas. In ATEX configuration the maximum operating temperature is 60°C, and volatile or flammable solvents must not be used as the cleaning fluid.
Tell us your zone classification and cleaning fluid and we’ll confirm the right configuration.
How do I know what pressure and flow I have?
Ideally the pressure and flow should be measured at the cleaning head rather than taken from the pump rating. If that isn’t possible, send us your pump details and pipe runs and we’ll help you estimate it.
Can you help if my tank has internal pipework or an agitator?
Yes. Internal structures can create shadow areas the jets can’t reach. We can review the vessel design and advise on machine position, the number of machines and nozzle arrangement.
