Shadow Analysis

Find the areas inside your vessel that your spray devices can’t reach, before they become a hygiene or quality problem.

What you get

A clear picture of your cleaning coverage

Cleaning fluid can’t pass through a solid surface. Agitators, baffles, dip pipes, coils and other internal structures create shadow areas where cleaning may not be effective.

Dasic can carry out an analysis of your vessel design to identify those areas and advise on the best selection and positioning of cleaning equipment for the most efficient clean. For large or complex vessels this can include positioning multiple machines.

  • Review of vessel drawings and internal structures
  • Identification of likely shadow areas
  • Recommended machine type, number and positions
  • Nozzle and wash-pattern recommendations

Ideal if you…

  • are seeing residue after cleaning
  • have vessels with agitators, baffles or coils
  • are adding or changing internal equipment
  • need to justify your cleaning set-up for an audit
