Water & Utilities
Less manual intervention, more dependable cleaning
Dasic provides tank and vessel cleaning solutions for water treatment and utility environments, including process water, wastewater and storage applications.
Storm overflow tanks are a constant problem to keep clean, especially after heavy rain. Silt and mud build up, and manual cleaning with power washers is time-consuming, expensive and potentially hazardous. A CIP system using the Orbitor Dualhead creates an automatic wash that can run once the storm water has subsided, saving time and money and reducing the risk of system failure.
- Orbitor Dualhead with a controlled 180°–85° downward wash
- High-powered jets that break down debris in screens
- Automatic washing with no man entry
- Downpipes designed to suit existing tanks

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can’t find your answer? Our engineers are happy to help.
How does the down-wash configuration help in storm tanks?
The jets fire through the downward arc and cut out on the upward arc. That concentrates cleaning on the floor, walls and screens where residue collects and avoids spraying over the top of open tanks.
