Hygienic cleaning with less water and chemical

Dasic has been designing and manufacturing tank cleaning equipment for CIP systems in sanitary applications since the early 1990s, and our technology performs to the high standards of the food, brewing and beverage sectors.

We help you choose the right solution based on your product, tank dimensions, hygiene requirements and existing cleaning arrangements. Our focus is consistent cleaning, less water and chemical use, and minimal production downtime.

  • Self-cleaning, media-lubricated machines with no contamination risk
  • Highly polished hygienic finishes
  • Effective with very hot water
  • Configured to your CIP pressure, flow and cycle time

The challenge

What we help you solve

Agitators and pipework

Mixers, cooling coils and internal pipework create shadow areas. We position machines so every surface is reached.

Shorter CIP cycles

Mechanical jet impact cleans faster than static spray balls, cutting cycle times.

Less water and effluent

Machines configured to order use only the flow needed, reducing water, chemical and effluent costs.

Hygiene you can rely on

Consistent, repeatable cleaning that supports food safety standards.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find your answer? Our engineers are happy to help.

Which surface finish do I need?

The standard finish suits general industrial use. The highly polished hygienic finish is designed for food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical and other sanitary applications.

Can you clean vessels with agitators?

Yes. Agitators and mixers usually need two or more machines positioned either side of the shaft. We can review your vessel and recommend positions.

How do I know what pressure and flow I have?

Ideally the pressure and flow should be measured at the cleaning head rather than taken from the pump rating. If that isn’t possible, send us your pump details and pipe runs and we’ll help you estimate it.
